Return and Refund Policy

At DSAT Extreme Prep, we strive to provide the highest quality SAT preparation to ensure student success. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Withdrawal Before Course Start Date

If a student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable administrative fees (up to 10% of the total fee).

• Withdrawal Within the First Week

If a student withdraws within the first 7 days after the course begins, a 50% refund will be granted. After this period, no refund will be issued.

• Technical Issues (for Online Classes)

If the student experiences ongoing technical issues that prevent them from accessing the course and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of DSAT Extreme Prep.

• Medical or Emergency Situations

In case of a medical emergency or other unforeseen serious circumstances, a refund or credit toward future sessions may be granted. Official documentation may be required.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

• After the first 7 days of the course.
• If the student misses classes without prior notice or valid reason.
• If the student is removed from the program due to misconduct or violation of our Code of Conduct.
• If the course is a short-term intensive bootcamp or one-on-one tutoring that has already commenced.

3. Rescheduling and Credit Policy

• Students may request to reschedule their batch or transfer the fee to a future session if notified at least 72 hours before the start of the course.
• No refunds will be issued for rescheduled courses, but the fee will be credited toward the new batch.

4. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [official@extremeprep.org​].

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
